The essentials before you prepare a quote.
Can I enter a custom size?
Yes. Select a product and enter the dimensions within its displayed limits. Feet and inches are supported. Metres and centimetres use whole numbers: values are rounded, with a minimum of 1, and the price uses the resulting dimensions.
How do quantity discounts work?
The quantity table shows the active tier. Discounts apply to selected printing and finishing, not design, shipping or tax. The displayed product amount updates when you change your selections.
Is shipping included?
Country-specific shipping is not yet calculated here. Enter the destination in your quote and confirm freight separately. The displayed product amount is not a delivered total. Prices exclude shipping, taxes and import duties. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and import duties. Shipping from China is quoted separately.
Does downloading an estimate submit an order?
No. It saves an estimate PDF or specification file to your device. The personalized PDF requires your name, email and message. This website does not complete checkout or payment, and no artwork file is required for inquiry.
What happens after an inquiry?
Send the specifications, contact details and destination country. We confirm freight and the final total; after you accept the quote and pay via PayPal, provide your print file and approve the proof before production and dispatch. These steps are arranged with our team; this website does not process payment or upload files. Optional design service starts from $100, with the final fee confirmed after reviewing your requirements. It is itemized separately and excluded from quantity discounts.
When will production and delivery be confirmed?
Confirm the finished specifications, artwork and destination first. Dispatch timing is confirmed for your job. Delivery can be as fast as 3–5 days after dispatch. Actual delivery timing is subject to the estimate provided by UPS, FedEx or DHL; the configurator does not promise a delivery date.
