Installation & care
General guidance; follow the instructions confirmed for your material and mounting system.
Before installation
Check the surface, mounting points and supporting structure. Use suitable fittings and distribute tension evenly rather than pulling from one corner. Large or elevated displays need a qualified installer and a site-specific installation plan.
Vinyl & mesh
Handle the edges and fixing points gently. Start cleaning with a soft, lightly dampened cloth; avoid abrasive scrubbing and test a hidden area first. Allow the graphic to dry fully before storing it. Do not assume mesh is safe to leave up in severe weather.
Fabric & SEG
Keep the graphic on a clean surface during handling. Fit SEG edges according to the frame instructions without forcing or stretching one corner. Confirm the specific care instructions before washing, steaming or applying heat.
Between uses
Store clean, dry graphics away from heat, moisture and sharp objects. Avoid tight creases. Check the graphic and hardware for damage before reuse.
